On September 17, 2026, Ryan Kim, Business Development Director, North Asia at Acadian Asset Management Singapore, delivered a special lecture on finance and investment for interested students. Students explored financial concepts closely related to everyday life, including foreign exchange, savings, and insurance, while gaining an understanding of the roles of banks, insurance companies, securities firms, and asset management companies and the flow of money within the financial system. They also learned about the changes AI is bringing to the financial industry and reflected on the skills and preparation needed for students interested in pursuing careers in finance.
